Russell is an experienced trainer and has been training and assessing courses in First Aid, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Food Safety since 2013. Prior to this Russell spent 15 years working in the hospitality industry in a number of different roles from Chef to Hospitality Manager.

 

Russell's enthusiastic and energetic teaching style often helps to make delegates feel at ease and helps to create a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.

 

When not teaching Russell is often out working alongside some of our industry partners conducting IQA assessments to assist them in maintaining their high standards of training and ensuring delegates receive the best learning experience.

To further his teaching abilities Russell has started his Level 5 Diploma in Education and training, allowing him to be registered as a Qualified Teacher, and a member of the Society for Education and Training. Alongside this qualification Russell is also currently enrolled on his Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health and Safety.

 

Russell also works as an Emergency Medical Technician for a private medical company he owns alongside Harry, Antonia and Tony.

Mr. Harry Bodle-Jones BSc (Hons) FITOL MCPara MInstLM MCMI MRSPH

Harry has completed a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours at University in Paramedic Science, with him currently working as a HCPC Registered Paramedic for a frontline 999 ambulance service as well as within Urgent Care Centres in and around Kent. A lot of Harry's clinical time has been spent developing his skills and abilities within the urgent care setting, attending courses designed specifically for urgent care practitioners.

Harry is a pre-hospital care trainer and assessor for Safety 4 U, and a licenced practitioner with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh’s Facility of Pre-Hospital Care. Currently holding a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and a Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice. To further his teaching abilities Harry is currently enrolled on his Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training at the end of the year, allowing him to be registered as a Qualified Teacher, and a member of the Society for Education and Training.

Harry holds education close to his heart and has a passion for sharing the love and knowledge he has for emergency pre-hospital medicine, delivering all of his courses with a fun and relaxed atmosphere ensuring that each and every learner not only lives with a smile but also a newfound passion for pre-hospital care.

Ms. Antonia Perry ACIEH

Antonia has been a trainer since 2018, she has recently added being an assessor to her growing skills as a trainer. She enjoys teaching all courses but particularly enjoys teaching the paediatric first aid courses, as she worked in childcare for 13 years in a number of various roles, from a nanny, pre-school assistant, forest school leader and a nursery assistant. Which is how she is able to make the courses a place of learning, but also fun and interactive. She can also teach a number of other courses including various first aid courses, fire safety, evacuation chair.

 

Antonia has a fun, interactive and relaxed approach to teaching, in the hope that the learners will feel more at ease to get involved and ask questions and join in with discussions.

 

Antonia also works as an Emergency Medical Technician for a private medical company he owns alongside Russel, Harry and Tony.

Mr. Tony Cavanagh BSc (Hons) MCPara MInstLM AMRSPH

Owner | Clinical Director

Tony is a HCPC registered Paramedic, who has been working and volunteering in the events industry since 2012. Tony has a vast knowledge base surrounding event medicine and is seen as an expert in his field.

 

Tony’s current roles outside of S4U include being a Rapid Response Paramedic Practitioner for a South London Hospital avoidance team, as well as this Tony is also a  Specialist Primary Care Paramedic within a General Practice located in London.

 

In addition to this Tony is also a qualified trainer with a Level 3 award in Education and Training.
