Antonia has been a trainer for just over a year, she has recently added being an assessor to her growing skills as a trainer. She enjoys teaching all courses but particularly enjoys teaching the paediatric first aid courses, as she worked in childcare for 13 years in a number of various roles, from a nanny, pre-school assistant, forest school leader and a nursery assistant. Which is how she is able to make the courses a place of learning, but also fun and interactive. She can also teach a number of other courses including various first aid courses, fire safety, evacuation chair.
Antonia has a fun, interactive and relaxed approach to teaching, in the hope that the learners will feel more at ease to get involved and ask questions and join in with discussions.
When not teaching Antonia has been working as a first responder at a number of various events around the UK, and hopes to continue her medical knowledge with lots of extra courses and first hand experience.
